Prices

Size-specific prices are listed on the product page and include Japanese tax. Custom engraving is quoted separately.

Additional charges

Free domestic shipping on merchandise totals of ¥50,000 or more, including tax. Below ¥50,000, shipping is charged at cost and shown before you confirm your order. Below the threshold, shipping is calculated using the carrier’s configured rates, one parcel per cup. Customers pay bank transfer fees.

Card details are entered on Stripe’s payment page and are not stored by Junkodo. The payment amount, product names and order identifier are sent to Stripe for reconciliation.

We use your name, address, telephone number and order details to process orders, check payment, make and deliver products and respond to enquiries. Necessary delivery information is shared with the carrier. We do not disclose it for other purposes except as required by law. Contact the shop to discuss access to or correction of stored information.

Your cart is stored in your browser. Delivery details are saved as an application or order record when you confirm a bank transfer order or proceed to card payment. Anyone with your order URL can view its details. Do not share it.

Online checkout accepts delivery addresses in Japan. International delivery conditions have not yet been confirmed.
